Forum modifications and new stuff!

Dear members:

As you might have noticed, we have revamped the board a bit in order to give you a more structured forum.

The changes are:
- A new Global Announcement with the most important links integrated
- Changed the in-game team forum names to reflect how they are being show in-game ([GM], [SGM]. etc), however this doesn't affect the contact methods in any way. To PM them on the board (if you're not doing it from their profiles) you don't need to put that tag.
- We split the announcement section into Game Announcement, Board Announcement and Community Announcement.

We hope that you are pleased with the new changes of the Board Structure. In the future we might tweak a few more things, if so, we will let you guys know.
